Spice up your romantic evening with these creatively named.. as well as tasty... drinks!
Affinity
1 12 oz. Scotch
1 oz. sweet vermouth
1 oz. dry vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Between The Sheets
1 oz. brandy
1 oz. light rum
1 oz. ounce Cointreau or triple sec
1 oz. lemon juice
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Crimson Sunset
2 oz. gin
2 tsp. lemon juice
12 tsp. grenadine
12 oz. tawny port
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Drop the
grenadine into the center of the drink and float the port on the top.

1 12 oz. sweet vermouth
1 12 oz. dry vermouth
1 lemon twist
Pour the sweet vermouth and dry vermouth into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with the lemon
twist.

Crushed ice
1 12 oz. gin
12 oz. apricot brandy
12 oz. Lillet
In a mixing glass half-filled with crushed ice, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
